Software Support Agreement Your Check In System Software Support Agreement is included for the first year from the date of invoice. Support agreements are available on an annual basis following the first year. Our Software Support Agreement includes;
- All software updates and upgrades. As new features are added you are entitled to update at any time. If we release a new software for your hardware you may switch to the new software free of charge.
- Unlimited Phone/Remote Support. We can walk you through support on the phone or remote into your system to repair any issue.
- Express System reload in case of failure. If your system hardware fails, ship your system to us and we will repair it the hard drive, then ship it back the same day we receive it.
- Cost of Software & System Support.
Hardware Warranty Hardware warranties are supplied by the manufacturer. We have several hardware suggestions to install our software. Please refer to our suggested hardware list.
30 Day Return Policy for New Customers Medical Check In Systems is dedicated to the support and satisfaction of our customers. New customers enjoy the security of knowing their satisfaction is guaranteed and backed by a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your system you may return it within 30 days for a full refund if;
- The system is returned in the original box and in resale condition
- The system is received by Medical Check In Systems within 30 days
- Shipping will not be refunded
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- 30 day return policy applies to the first unit purchased only
