Office Screens




		The main menu gives easy one button access to displays, reports and administration functions. The menu allows each user to choose the right screen for their individual job. No software to install Our system uses standard software included with every Microsoft Windows, Linux or Macintosh system. You know its compatible right out of the box. Simple web interface style screens are used for displays, reports and administration functions. Type ‘checkin’ in the address bar to start the main menu.

The sidebar acts as an efficient check list of patients. In the sidebar, staff can easily read patient names, exact arrival times, reason for visit and acknowledgment times. Just having a legible name can improve efficiency. Now add the consistent reasons for visit and exact time of arrival. Patient names can organized in ascending or descending order.

The sidebar shows a bright red button for patients that have not been acknowledged allowing for quick recognition from across the room. Having this ability gives anyone the freedom to roam about the office for other duties while still being able to efficiently monitor the sign in list. It also allows persons not within the reach of the front counter to help monitor waiting room activity.

When receptionists check patients in or out it lets the rest of the office know the status of the reception area and workload. This same window can be displayed on up to 10 different computers simultaneously. This allows everyone to monitor the reception area from any room in your office.

Reports give you important information and insight to office efficiency. They also give management the documentation needed in the many cases of patient dispute and insurance settlement.

Statistical reports breakdown the average visits, weekday distribution of patient visits, hourly breakdown and reason for visit counts.

The All Records report gives a complete history of patient visits. Simple name searches can be performed by using CTRL-F.

	The Counter Top design is made to place on any existing furniture or on a reception counter. With only a 15” square footprint it fits most anywhere needing only power and a network connection. These systems are shipped ready to go out of the box. No assembly required.

The pole mounted kiosk style system is quickly becoming the most popular. By simply removing the base of the counter top version and installing a pole mounted kit, the check in system is self standing. Many offices have used the built-in wireless connection with this model to allow placement close to the door. Using the wireless connection the system only needs power wherever it is placed. Height is adjustable between 36” and 46”. This makes it easy to use while standing or in a wheel chair. Some assembly is required with this style unit. It is simple to assemble requiring only eight screws.
